At the end of April will launch new integrated affiliate marketplace (in my opinion it will be much better than Paydotcom), which will be integrated with PayPal, StormPay, Authorize.net, Worldpay and Google Checkout. PM me and i'll give you link to check it.

Forex Affiliate have an option to receive commissions via Paypal.

Just out of interest, you say you don't like checks or bank transfers, but surely when you receive the money into your Paypal account, you will then have to do a bank transfer or choose to receive a check from Paypal anyway, so why not just cut out the middleman and get paid directly from the affiliate company?

Paypal will be expensive for you if you do not use the money to buy stuff from there.
