Which pay per install service for international traffic?

    I have an app which I monetize with pay per install bundling 3rd party apps, that attracts traffic not considered first line (advertising wise).
    So it's comprised of traffic from:
    Italy (especially),Brazil,India,Spain etc, with some but not enough from US or UK.

    So,is there a monetizing service that values traffic from places like that and not just from the US or UK ?

    but not sure if they are legit since they are new, but I know they pay for more countries

    my friend uses 'revenuehits' for pay per install.. I have tried but didn't work very well for me

    the problem with PPI is they shave a lot, it's hard to tell which one shave less or more but I stopped working in this field long time ago

    matomy have some offers though expect to see rate 01c that is what it pays for those countries
