paypal has stopped supporting personal payments anymore...or least for a few months.
You will get charged on all the receipts now....
I have a premier verified account, and when I receive funds from my clients in USA, paypal charges 3.9% +$0.30 for every receipt.

Well the truth is, there is nothing like paypal. And for getting small payments like 7 dollars, still there is nothing like paypal.
Last month, when paypal suspended bank withdrawals to india, life of many freelancers like me became miserable.
I think you should not mind giving the paypal fee, because their services are still the best in market. So dont fret it my friend !!
