You are right, that is Enom's default landing page since long ago and the only program they used to have was through Registerfly, and I must say that was my best paid parking service.
Although that particular domain is registered through ENOM, i believe many different registrars have that holding page. The domain is pointing to the following name servers: dns1.name-services.com dns2.name-services.com dns3.name-services.com dns4.name-services.com dns5.name-services.com Many registrars use these servers as a holding page for domain names before they are used, or after they expire. So your best bet would be to try to delegate your domain to those servers as it will probably work!
