Which pages to NOINDEX

    Should i use a noindex, robot.txt or neither on a "login" & "pay now" page?

    The log in & pay now pages would have no information on it besides the user name and password entry.

    Yes you should, all pages that are irrelevant to the general user should not be indexed by the SE.

    No you shouldn't worry - just add a bit content as you just never know what benefit it may bring

    nofollow to affiliate links but how effective this will be is debatable
