    Well, I am not entirely sure where "overseas" is for you, though I will assume for now that you are based in Europe. I also am not clear on what type of agriculture you wish to pursue (growing cranberries is quite different from growing potatoes or pineapples, e.g.)

    All that said, the Americas, North and South, have extremely fertile areas and also offer a wide range of growing climates that probably could support just about any project from bananas to winter squash.

    Do some research about Romania. Cheap and productive land and the EU will help you with some fundings if you create a certain amount of jobs.
