    Pick something that you have an interest in. This will be better long term than following whatever is hot at the moment.

    Anything can make you $10 / day. My friend runs a one page site with 10 free dog training tips and spams it on CL he makes like $10/day.

    I think Forex is the most lucarative nowadays. You could try on topics related to money making but I think it's too saturated at the moment. Health is also another one which is a good niche.

    Well I think you have to choose something that you're interested in, or else it won't be fun building the site for the long term...believe me, i've done it...lol
