which option again

I am doing the page names in a specific site......I can choose 2 names for the page

Option 1: The medical term that is searched least
Option 2: The common term that is searched more

so how should the page look

http://www.xxxxxxx.com/option1.php or http://www.xxxxxxx.com/option2.php


Option 2 is way more searched but i think using option 1 will make site look more pro

 

Maybe you should use both. www.example.com/option1-option2.html. This way you will rank better for both keywords.

 

How about stressing one in the file name and one in the title? I doubt many punters would actually notice the file name, so you could use the common name there and put the medical term first in the title - followed by the common name.

 

In the past I've gone with either www.example.com/option1-option2.html or www.example.com/option1.html and like e10 mentioned use the other option in the title and description.

Please don't go for www.example.com/option1-option2-anotherbloodyoption.html lol this IMO looks spammy
