    To address these in order.
    1. Joomla does this, check out F-150.com (Finishing template on SMF).
    2. You can use Joomla's built in SEF, or get Open SEF (open source), or SEF Advanced (I think that's the name, the guy that makes it is like Sakir), both good products.
    3. There's a review component. Can't remember the name. I know the company that makes PhotoPost has a ReviewPost, that can be tied into Joomla (same User/Pass, and same Session info).
    4. This depends on the template used. You can just as easily use a bad template that looks like Junior designed it, or you could hire a Joomla template developer to design it (be careful here, alot of people claim to be Joomal template designers, but they aren't. Ask for live examples).
    5. Joomla can be quick or slow, depending on what you load it up with, ie. a crappy SEF component, etc.
    6. This is already integrated.
