Paypal USA and Paypal Europe have this section where you can find a selection of certified shops that accept paypal. I'm pretty sure Paypal China has something similar. However without knowing what kind of product you have in mind it's kinda impossible to tell you more. But lets fact it - a market as big as China is bound to have bucketloads of paypal merchants arround ;-).
In fact, China has only a little web shop accept paypal, most of web shop accept alipay. Chinese customers also will charge high customer from the product outside China. (customer will be charged if the goods more than $58.7) I wanna to purchase clothes and electronic products............

Well i am ordering all my electronic gadgets and stuffs from Chinabuye, they are online gadget shop from China. They do accept paypal, so far i am paying through paypal and i find it safe. Though there are others like Chinavasion, focal price uses paypal, i am just not sure if they all safe, never tried them.
I used to shop from smartoverseasbuy.com,which is a good site for tablet pc and cell phones,and use the paypal payment.You may have a look.

Previously I use Aliexpress but unfortunately they stop using PayPal since half year ago. By the way, suggest use those china agent, it saves your time
