Which online poker CPA program worth to promote?

    I'd like to promote online poker CPA programs, but I don't know which poker CPA program worth to promote, Anyone could give me a list?

    1.full tilt;
    2.pokerstars;
    3.everst poker
    4.redkings,
    5.Bwin;
    6.........

    Bodog is a good poker site.

    But if you are going to do the poker market. I would look into Refer Back. I worked with them in the past when I did the gambling affiliates.
