Surely when you create a website, it should be something that you are interested in and something you are passionate about so that you can create quality content and get good traffic because of that. The I would suggest adding your adverts (by whatever means) and watch the money roll in because you have a quality website (not because you set it up to make money)
surely I will create and run the website first. Adding up ads will be secondary. I will create quality website instead of ads only website.
