Adwords is the best place to advertice. Read some guides first how Adwords work. It's easy to get started but it can be expensive if you don't learn the basics. Adwords is the only ppc that you don't have to pay in advance but I guess you still have to give them a credit card number. I think there is other options how to pay go to adwords an look. Adwords will bring you quality traffic so it's worth the effort.
with unverified you really can't go far as the limit for sending the money across will always be a issue... if you are readly to move on with bank transfer; it will also help but frankly speaking cc is the best way out.....

There are people selling prefunded (usually from coupons) Google adword accounts here - that might be your best option, you'll get even more ads than you would get with your credit card.
