I've budget of 20-30$ per month for advertising.

I wonder which site is good to advertise on?

i was gonna choose adengage, but when i entered in payment process, the site didn't show ssl certificate at bottom and https on top

please tell me from which site i can get good traffic?

adwords is not accepting my debit card, i don't know why

Try Chitika. I personally haven't started an ad campaign yet, but I'm certainly a successfull chitika publisher and I love them.

 

we don't worry about alexa rating only google....

 

chitika i just visited is some kind of product type site but my site offers mobile phone freebies.

i am looking for something like adwords..

i just bought 1 weak ad for 8$, my debit card was not accepted i dont know why so i used paypal.

my compaign will be starting from tomorrow. lets hope if i get good visitors

 

Adengage is rock solid, they accept paypal not sure about the ssl cert. issue but I've been buying & selling traffic with them for 2yrs with only the smallest of bumps in the road.

my campaign started today and see i got 85 clicks so far.

actually i was a bit confused on using it.

SSl certificate works fine, actually i was not going into the cart. After entering cart the site shows the secure certificate.
