Hi, I'm selling a software and due to too many sales, PayPal has limited my account. Although, it's restored but I don't want it to happen again and so could anyone tell me any good eCommerce website? Basically I don't want to pay any sign up fee but I could pay per transaction. Any ideas? Any good ones? Suggest me something good. P.S. I've already used Plimus, and would like to have PayPal and Wire transfer as the payment method.
Here are a few open source solutions to get you started; Magento Opencart CRE Reloaded Zen Cart All offer many payment gateways, the best thing you can do is try them out and see which suits you best.
Use click bank man they are best in market, i know they charge 50bucks upfront but that's okay truly.
Have you tried getting your own merchant account? It sounds like you need more flexibility and less restrictions on accepting payments.
If you need a best ecommerce script to make your shop with multiple facilities then try AJ Shopping cart script. orelse you can try ZScart which is hosted ecommerce solution in monthly payment method.
Very true, Clickbank is the best method to sell your digital product like software. Not to forget commissionjuction too
We are selling software and I would say we started 6 years ago like you = with only one payment gateway and without ecommerce website. And same happened to us with PayPal account as well, but I can tell you that after we submitted all documents they requested our account was never limited again, so no worry about that. However, switching to eCommerce site is good idea an I hardly recommend you to do so. We are using PrestaShop, because it is good balance between too big complexity (Magento) and too simple code (osCommerce/ZenCat etc.). If you are a developer PrestaShop is best for you I think. It supports virtual products (downloadable products) and everything can be easily modified. It is well designed and after an hour you will know where to find what you want without long learning and once you setup your ecommerce site you can focus to developing your own apps.
