Hi, i wonder if this will affect my page ranking with SE?

should I use hyphen or underscore in naming my pages?

Use always hypens if you want keyword rich URLs. Otherwise using allinur:keyword experiment would show you the solution;)

frontpage has a function of editing ur links automatically on all webpages when u rename a file. u might want to try that. create a new web in frontpage (unless u are already using frontpage), den rename the files in frontpage. they will prompt u to update the hyperlinks.

You will need to 301 redirect the old files to the new files.

I would go with the hyphen over an underscore anyday...and you can rename the files....the easier thing is to make sure you do it from the start from now on.
