    I like setup one because it is simple than of other and is looks more professional and neat. So I will suggest you to prefer setup one. I have casted my vote.

    Setup 1 definitely looks better. Setup 2 is just all over the place.
    In my opinion, it seems setup 2 will likely convert more sales. But that's because of the special offers and the price reductions you've highlighted. People like to feel that they're getting a good deal.
    Do the same with setup 1 and you have a winner.
