I have been using Yahoo for 6 years, and now in just one year since its usage, gmail has impressed me a lot.:)

Yahoo ads kill my eyes at times, otherwise I am still happy with that. But for a new account, I will definitely opt for gmail as it offers huge free space too.

Gmail is fast, simple and bset compared to Yahoo. Gmail Text ads and RSS ads in our mails are very useful for advertisers, but Yahoo image ads in our mails are quite irritating.

    Gmail is the best!!

Gmail is much better than Yahoo, hardly any ads unlike Yahoo.
Also Yahoo mail is not reliable as many times when I register for some site, the activation email never arrive.

I am another Gmail fan. It's way ahead of Yahoo in terms of features, storage and looks. And it can prevent spam better than Yahoo.

I think Gmail rocks. Yahoo Mail have many problems. It's easy to lost email if I use Yahoo mail.
So I suggest my vistors to use Gmail instead of Yahoo mail.

I'm a gmailer myself. Can't stand Yahoo mail. Of course I'm the only one in my house that uses it.
