I need to register a domain name for forum....I collected these

WILD WEBMASTER
WEBMASTER STER
WEBMASTER HOUR
WEBMASTER MEETUP

Which one is good?

"WILD WEBMASTER" sounds interesting.
It depends on what the main topic areas are about, if you could provide that then we may be able to give our opinion on a more suitable domain.

 

I think the 'meetup' is the more social name for a general community ...

I have WebmasterClassifieds.com for what it's worth if your interested, keyword rich but to looooooong to be very brandable imho

meetup sounds good, text might bring you more search results in google

 

Problem with "meetup" is, it is not much suitable for forum..

Meetup means any gathering held on any particular day..

For example.. webmaster meetup in Sydney on 31st January..

So it doesn't work for the purpose.. in any webmaster forum, the members may stay permanently... not only for a day. So it is giving a little negative impact.

You can suggest your ideas too..

I just put the list, because these are available to register in .com extension..

As per my thinking there is no problem with word "Meetup". it is a online forum discussion. we are using new word "meetup" replace of "online discussion "or "online meet up".

For Example: If all members are meet online then we can say it online meetup, isn't it?
same thing in forum discussion.

 

Webmaster meetup gets my vote. That way it is clear what the site is for right away. I definitely associate that url with a forum. Don't overthink it too much either...

To give you some examples in other fields:

Free Record Shop is a chain of stores where you can buy games, CDs and DVDs,none of which are FREE and they don't sell records anymore either.

Or a gym called FitForFree... By no means is it free to go there (cheap but definitely not free).

Point being: Don't get too hung up on the exact definition of a meetup.

"WEBMASTER MEETUP" sounds great for me.

 

I like "WEBMASTER HOUR" out of this list.
Although "webmaster meetup" seems interesting too as it relates to a discussion forum where actual webmasters meet up. Now it's upto you to choose.

I think WILD WEBMASTER is a good name, its a bit different and more catchy than the other names suggested which is definitly a positive. Its also quite intriguing so should intice people to find out more!
