Hostgator is extremely well known , have not heard about kiosk.ws. Though their offerings seemed superior, it is always safer to go with a well known company.

I used to use hostgator a couple of years ago but I left them because i got suspended. They suspend you for the dumbest reason.
You also can check http://paidhosts.com/ plans start at 1$

The OP did not ask you to recommend your own services.
Between the two I'd recommend HostGator, but then again, I've never tried Kiosk.

Mind telling us why you were suspended?

Hostgator is better if it's a choice between the two, take a look at my signature and you can also get a discount at Hostgator, enjoy :)

Sounds great! But maybe it is the wrong thread to post your sales pitch. The OP is asking about Hostgator and Kiosk, maybe we should give him due respect and center the discussions on what he is asking about?

Don't even try to tell me that you were suspended for uploading a 15MB file. Unless it was copyrighted or violating their terms of service, you would have not been suspended. I know for a fact that you wouldn't be suspended due to load issues, because HostGator has very powerful servers.
