    Post Number 1 :

    Content: Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2

    Post Number 2:
Tittle: Good Strategy for Maximizing Profits.
    Content: Paragraph 3, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 4, Paragraph 2,

Note that from the above example: Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 are exact duplicate content.
The difference is: Post Number 2 contain additional information (ie: Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4)

    The question:
    i) Which example are considered duplicate content by Google, thus being penalized by google? A or B?

My opinion would be the content which is indexed first will be considered original and the other one would be taken as duplicate as the original content will always be published before the duplicate one.
