    They are different things.
    LV is static
    CO-OP is SEMI/Not static

    CO-OP is a great way to increase your traffic, but there is plenty of info out there on improving siteranking

    LV is probably better for increasing your site's ranking, but as INV said, they are really two different things.

    BTW, assuming that you are the same person that posted the similar thread on LV's forum this morning, the members at that forum will probably say that theirs is better and the members over here will probably say that DP is better. I would advise you to take a few minutes to check out both systems or, better yet, simply sign up for both (with different websites) and take advantage of the strengths of both systems.
