    Setup your domain so if anybody visits http://yourdomain.com, It is do 301 redirect to http://www.yourdomain.com. This is called canonical problem and it is good practice to fix it because search engines treat both URLs as different not same. Then everywhere you can use http://www.yourdomain.com for promotions. Even if you use URL without www, your domain will get benefit due to 301 redirect.

    Both are good but make sure to redirect it in one other wise you will get punishment from Google.

    domain with www inclusion is more appropirate... coz its the conventional domain name defined by the W3C Counsil.
