I've seen more and more Internet marketing products are created in videos.

Which one do you think is better, PDF ebooks or videos?

If you plan on selling, a PDF eBook is probably better. An ebook is also much easier for your to produce at a high quality compared to a video.
A well done video is a great resource, but expensive/ time consuming to create (in comparison to an eBook/PDF).

video is the best as PDF takes time to load and ebook needs to be downloaded

an auto playing video is most effective to add to your website

I think video is much better.People have been accustomed to reading or doloading ebook from the internet free.
So it's so difficult for you to campaign it unless you have something especially precious. But it's hard for you
to keep a long-term business.Compared to ebook, video is better and has more choices on the contents.
Therefore, try to focus on video.Good luck.

Both. Some things are better "explained" in video. But I'd provide both as it makes it easier to reference. On another note I'd suggest keeping video short, one or two topics per video. I just purchased a video product that had videos an hour plus in length. Which is unbearably long the first time, but incredibly frustrating when you need to go back later and review a few points.
