Which one is better for SEO.

    .us or .com .Would it make any difference if I try to rank for a KW in Google UK with a .us domian?

    It will be very tough if not impossible to rank in google UK with .us domain name. Goggle by default associates .us extension to US based sites.

    Get a .com domain. Those get more widely known and it would be hard to rank in the UK if you have a .us domain.
