Any suggestion, I have a site used new keywords domain, but now it looks in sandbox, so I am going to buy none drop old years domain, but old domain no keywords included, so i don't know which one is better.

I personally buy new domains and make sure that the keyword density is pretty high => atleast 90 or something! Also be sure to have a .com , .org, or .net ending to the domain... it is not to important how old your domain is if you ask me!

I ranked many times with new domains

search engines prefer non-dropped old domains more. but keyword in site url and .com is not at all bad option.

Someone mentioned that they don't think that the search engines care about how old your domain is, that is totally false. Domain age is big, trust me I have done tests with it. Not to mention that the length you have purchased your domain for (for example if you purchase it for 10 years ahead of time) is also a big deal as the search engines see that you are going to be having this site for a while and it is not just a throw away temporary domain.

I know that older sites have more of a chance of doing well because they have been around longer, BUT if the keyword density isn't there, then it won't matter because a new site w/ lots of relevant keyword rich content can outrank it....
