Which one is better between PPC & CPM?

According to Requirement PPC and CPM both are better.

 

PPC is easier than CPM .....

 

Why??

Experience can help to find reliable CPM ad network or what does it mean?

 

PPC is good for traffic point of view.

Thanks for all to comment your views. CPM is a new term for me. But from the conversation i get know that CPM is just for impressions and i think their is no benefit from the impressions if they don't CTR (Click through Rate). A visitor whether he/she is customer or not but should get know about the services once he visited our site not by just looking on adcopy.
