PPC ads will generated a better EPC than CPM ads, but the key is to get users to legitimately interact with them.

Thanks for all to comment your views. CPM is a new term for me. But from the conversation i get know that CPM is just for impressions and i think their is no benefit from the impressions if they don't CTR (Click through Rate). A visitor whether he/she is customer or not but should get know about the services once he visited our site not by just looking on adcopy.

I think is best to start with PPC, because you loose money only when someone clicks, fine tune your campaign until you have a good converting rate, and then when you're sure that is converting..you switch to CPM, and pay on 1000 views on something that you already know that gets clicks and is converting

One cannot call PPC better than CPM or vice versa. Whether you should use PPC or CPM will be decided by the volume of traffic that your website attracts in a day, which also indicates the popularity of your online brand. In case you have less visitors in your website, PPC (pay per click) is the campaign you should go for. On the other hand, if your website attracts visitors in large number, you should choose CPM (cost per mille) and not PPC.

PPC is almost always better. PPC usually have more ads (Adsense for example), which increases the CTR.
