which one is best??

    hi!!! everybody i have pr3 website i need to start link exchange before that i have 1 doubt if i exchange my website to new website with pr0 will be best or can i exchange my website to old website with pr5 r pr4 will be best? which one is best?? if anyone know pls give me a suggestions.....thank u.

    of course if u can get from higher PR, that's best. no doubt.

    That does not mean by linking exchange with lower PR, you will lose. It's still a win-win situation. website needs to start somewhere.
