As both are out of stock, I can't see them to compare. So..

Question you need to ask is... Whats the difference between them and which one benfits my computer usage the most

ATX is a industry standard - its kinda like saying trucks with 4 tires are good. Do you see any trucks with 2 or 3 tires?

Personally, if you want the best motherboard for an I7, go with an Intel motherboard - your going to pay a little more, but their top of the line.

After intel, my next choice is an MSI or Gigabyte.

I never had any luck with asus motherboards.

Go for Asus P6T or P6TSE - Both are good and fairly priced
