FF is a good choice, but IE is much more convenience for browsing and running sites having Vbscript.

Imagine that. A Microsoft browser running Microsoft software. Of course, IE is not convenient for browsing and doing anything else, which is most of the web.

IE 8 has some nifty features - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/features/faster.aspx

Add-ons like Accelerators and Web Slices make browsing much quicker and easier. It's definitely worth a try - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx . And if you have trouble test-driving IE 8, check out this guide to solving IE 8 installation problems - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949220

Lol! You Microsoft people make me laugh. IE8 can't hold a candle to the features available on Firefox. It's like 10:1 Firefox advantage.
Jake from Microsoft, I'm having a problem getting my web site to display my web page. I serve it as XHTML, and it displays in every browser in the world, but in IE8, I only get the yellow screen of death. Is it because IE8 cannot display XHTML like all modern web browsers can?

Jake. Another question. I'm trying to get my software to work with DOM Level 2 which came out in 1998. It works in all other browsers but not in IE8. Why is that?

Jake. Another question. All the other browsers can handle canvas and video and audio elements and SVG, or will in their next release, but Microsoft has either said IE9 won't handle those or has no comment. Why is that?

Jake. Why is IE 11 years behind all other browsers in modern standards and practices and falling further behind. I know your answer will be "that's not my department" because that's the standard response from you people, and I know we'll never hear from you again because that's what you people have done several times on this board before, so can you get someone who does know the answer to my questions?

(Hint: I know the answer and that's why we'll never hear from you again.)
