I like twitter, it's easier to keep track of the people you follow without having to seek out your friends via facebook.
FB is the best features like Event creation, group discussion, FB games, Fan pages or business Pages, Also let you know about the friends personal details like info etc and lot more
I think that facebook is the best overall one. I like the feature of chatting and being able to handle business at the same time, so I'd say facebook wins this one even though I like twitter as well!
Facebook has the most options in terms of features. It has groups, fan pages, etc. Twitter doesn't have many features. I'd go with facebook in this case. My personal fave is twitter though.
Face book is undoubtedly the best creation in the world of social networking sites. You can easily communicate people via messages wall messaging and chat. Also the privacy settings feature is the best feature in it. Moreover, you can create your own pages and groups. You can advertise easily on face book.
And now Twitter also has a new feature i-e picture sharing. That will make the competition interesting.
I prefer facebook to twitter, there are lots of funny functions on facebook, such as page, group, app creation, online chatting...etc, while you only can post simply limited message on twitter.
They are both good systems for Business. But I believe Facebook is easier to navigate through. You can join groups, chat, look up businesses, etc.
It all really depends on the business being represented. Facebook is certainly more dynamic and has more features (like events, messaging etc.) but Twitter is great for time sensitive information like newsworthy updates and so on and it also forces you to make your communications short and sweet which saves time and effort for whoever is in charge of creating the actual content. Both of these sites are great tools for businesses but as someone mentioned before they were both originally created as a way for people to communicate with their friends not businesses. Companies need to understand that when entering into the world of social media and try to maintain a professional demeanor but not an overly serious one.
Facebook and twitter both have been design and developed with the different perspective so both have different vision and different targeted users.
