    I like Advertising Manager. Easy to use and you can also post your ads right in the post itself.

    IMHO, Adsense Optimizer is the best so far. There are very customizable options and the one line of code is easily inserted into custom themes ;)

    i suggest to do manual code insertion. but if you are not technical enough then ii recomond Adman - A best one -insert add wheever you want
