Better you do Article submissions ,i.e unique article submissions,get backlinks at the same time Traffic. Now google like content related websites.So do lots of unique article submissions.
Press-Releases are great. If they're high quality they have a chance of getting listed on the Google News page. There's a ton of traffic potential with that.
Yes press release can work for the best. But i would like to ask you that have done search engine submission? Because this is the most needed activity before starting any other off-page submission.
I have been doing post on some QA sites and forum and getting instant traffic with relevant users. But I am working on internet earning and loan sites so I am unable to get huge relevant users. For more traffic I think I will have to post every where without checking relevancy.
