Moniker requires a deposit to be made to open an account last time I checked.

I have domains at both Godaddy and Namecheap - never had an issue with both

Did the suspend your account? If so why?

I suggest namecheap, free and easy pushes and a great cp.

No Godaddy doesn't just suspend accounts without reason, has to be more to it I would say.

I haven't used NameCheap for quite some time, but the new prices at MyDomain are better than pretty much everything else out there for the average customer. I've had a handful of domains at MyDomain for several years, and I've liked everything I've seen from them lately. I've never been a GoDaddy fan and haven't ever personally used Moniker.

I don't like GoDaddy at ALL. He's an overated registrar IMO
If you strip his marketing he will remain just .... GO

NameCheap.com and DomainSite.com are good registrars (DomainSite.com is cheaper too)
