Which Of These Look Better?

The first design looks better than the second one.

 

Both the sites look busy.

 

The lst design is better as the colors are more virbant and attractives.

I like the colors of the first design but maybe you'll like to consider making your logo more noticeable by increasing the size a little bit. Good luck!

 

The first one is much better, almost in every aspect.

1st is the best....

 

both sites take quite long to load, and there is no "use" in graphics above and below every search result as it clutters the search result page (for me). you are using colors to distinguish different groups of search results. why not saving the graphics between the items within a group, this whould clean up the search results a little bit.

I like the first, as well.
It does look busy though. I would increase the font size of your captions eg: "Web Search Results", "Wikipedia Search", etc. I like the idea of having the images show up, too, but having so many makes creates visual chaos.
What if you gave the top 5 web results, then directly underneath was the wikipedia (2 results) and finally the Blog (2results). From there you may have a drop down arrow with more results. I think it'd look less busy to have it in one or two columns than three.

I prefer the first one too... the second seems a lot duller and just seems to lack feel of games

 

I think the layout of the second one is better. With a 3 column layout one generally expects the main content to be "front and center". They both have a clean look. I guess the final result will be in adsense and/or advertising placement.

well the 2nd design is taking more time than the first one other wise i like the 2nd desgin

 

i prefer the first design (blue 360). Please fix the text forms up top, make them look symmetrical.
