Let's put it this way, if keyword one is one of your first tier, ultra important keywords. I would probably not use "youlikefruit.com".
Ok, so the .us domains? The only reason I was kind of steering away from them is because I never see .us names ranked for any semi-competitive/competitive keyword in Google.
