Agreed.. The biggest problem I'm seeing with your list is that none of those are "niche" terms.. Honda Civic is a niche, cars is not.. WoW is a niche, games is not.. Free rap ring tones is a niche (a big one), free stuff is not.. I think you see a trend here.. As for what you should choose, I would recomend that you pick something that you actually love.. It makes it easier to work every day for free hoping that you make money if it's something you love and enjoy..
