You've more than likely seen the "top paying AdSense keywords list", right? I'd advise you stay well away from developing a site based on those keywords - while they do pay good they're usually over populated with thousands of "me too!' sites wanting a piece of the elusive $50 click. This means that it's near impossible to receive decent traffic to your site.
develop a site you have some interest into or you will never make money. if you just want to make sites about dog cancer or lawyers DUI drink driver in Alaska your content will suck and site will to.
Find a niche that is popular but not overcrowded. Make sure you are interested in the topic or you will lose interest fast and never be a success. You need to build with original content and keep updating as much as possible. If you have a good budget, invest in advertising and also take advantage of any free advertising you can get. Don't waste your time chasing the next big thing, create a good moneymaker by hard work and a niche you will want to invest time in.
u can hav try for software and technology content , as u can write as many as articles on them , also attrct users to it
it realy interesting ...today some body over me name off site about disappoint education is it good niche or not ?? i need your sugestion guys...
Are you talking about education in general? It's a competitive and broad niche, unless you specify what kind of education your site will focus on.
I remembered once I tried to make a blog (on blogspot ) which was targetting DUI. They say it's one of the top paying AdSense keywords. Guess what, I got zero click for over 4 months. Ironically, at the same time, I'm also making another blog about something that interest me.. and though I'm not getting high PPC, I got quite a lot of traffic (and clicks of course). So I decided to put my effort on that one and just ignore the DUI :-P
god.. nobody want to answer a simple question now a days From my own experience those are high paying Niches (at least better than Arcades, celebrity and myspace niches) : Banking, Finance, Medical and Travel. Also dont listen to those who are saying start a website about something you love and you will make money, no offense but those are mostly young webmasters or kids who knows nothing about real life marketing or Market and Niche research. Anyone with a real marketing background will laugh when looking at those B.S statements .. (make a website about something you enjoy - funny videos or may be your favorite tv show for example..) Invest your time and money in promising and high paying niches, i gave you some ideas but its up to you to find them
i agree. you need to have a passion in making the site. You have to be patient as well as traffic will take time to build up.
Select a Niche (Keyword) that gets a lot of Searches/Day but have less Competition For sure such type of niche can Earn u a lot
If someone really had a great niche that was bringing in a ton of money, do you really think they would tell you what it was? Just go ahead and try some stuff out, find out what works and what doesn't. No one is going to hand you a secret formula on a silver platter. Making money online takes work, don't expect to get rich quick. It just doesn't happen that way.
One thing I learned on making money with adsense is, after you install the code just pretend that adsense is not existing on your site / blog. Focus on wiritng more content and always remember that your audience is your first priority, then adsense will just follow
