    You can better check it on adwords keyword tools. The best to my knowledge in today's time is loan, credit card, insurance, mortgage etc. But for the new websites don't expect huge CPC as it certainly depends upon the age and quality of website as well.

    Ive seen ppc at $50 for finance related keywords before. Thats my only experiance, Good Luck.

    High cost per click is nice, but if you start a new website in a finance or sex or any other high CPC market, you will have a tough time getting any traffic from search engines. Better to find a medium high CPC niche with little competition in my opinion where you can get into the top 5 on google much easier and get more traffic.

    Insurance, anything lawyer related and health related are some of the top paying Adsense themes.

    The problem is trying to take the first page of Google competing against the established companies in those fields.

    High paying niche in Adsense includes insurance, health-related, jewelry, mesothelioma, etc. There are tons of list of high paying keywords out there. Just google them.
