Which new site to open?

I want to start new site,
And I wonder which site to open:
1. File Hosting Site
2. Download from rapidshare/megavideo site.

I open the site to make money.

None of them.. They both are somewhat related to Warez.

I think if you make file hosting site then it won't get popular
because if they can use rapidshare and megaupload why would they want to use your site?

For hosting a file site you need to have a very very very VERY strong dedicated server which cost alot of money

 

I'll also prefer to go for the 2nd option.
