Which network should I target to increase traffic to my site....

    Hi all,

    This is my newly launched social shopping marketplace http://www.etoot.com. It covers almost many things such as products selling, classified ad posting, business showcasing, sports, competitions, socializing with friends and family and much more. So I want to increase traffic to my this site. I would love help from you guys on which social network should I target most in order to generate more and more traffic to my site.

    With Pinterest you could show off products without coming across as too "salesy." With most other text-heavy social networks your posts will look like spam from a mile away, IMO.

    I agree with what David said. Pinterest is the perfect avenue for you to market your offerings. Though you might want to add a bit of Instagram-ing on the side ;)

    Promo it via facebook groups
    Instagram
    Put a link in your signature here in the forum linking back to your site

    I would have to agree with him 100% on this. When it comes to image social networks i would also suggest Pintrest, Stumble upon and Instagram. I have had the most success with these when sharing images. When you tweet stuff on twitter it just seems to be text and not as engaging as images.

    If you are targeting traffic from US, stumbleupon and pinterest is the best source of traffic.

    Advertise your website on different social networking sites such as Facebook. Also you can create a video of the tips and tricks of tablets and mobiles and upload it on Youtube, this will also increase the traffic of your website, make sure that you have mentioned the website name. Try some websites from which you can buy traffic for your website. Try SEOclerks, I found it useful in increasing traffic.
