Which Network Has Best CPM Rate Using Popunder Ads?

Hi, I'm currently with Propellerads and they currently offer me a CPM of $0.4 which I'm told is bad for popunder ads. I'm looking for a site with a higher rate, counts international traffic and counts 90%+ of my traffic.

I add that last bit as PopMyAd had great rates but counted about 30% of my visitors, using the excuse that most use adblock and doesn't count if ad hasn't fully loaded, which is never a problem with Propellerads.

I have also tried some popads sites but they don't count all impressions. You can try popads.net their cpm rates are highier.

I've seen about 6 newbies posting about adtomatik, I'd recommend staying clear away from them. It seems like they are promoting their own network under false aliases.

I'd recommend Popads (daily payments) as your primary popup network and then maybe propellerads / infintityads as your backup.
