    Hero H2000 Smartphone is less than $600 in your budget.
    You hardly paly games and application, the same as used for the call and SMS, SNS, TWITTER etc. You needn't the Android 4.0 and Android 3.0.
    At least, i will choose the cheap one the else of the money also enough buy a tablet, if you want to play game in one day.:p

    if you like music too much then go for iphone or other options
