Which method is more useful ranking higher in bing.

For me, same old tactics mate. What I used to rank in Google, applies to Yahoo and Bing.. And my sites are positioning very well

 

contents is important for any search engines...if your conent is good there is a chance to get good ranking. social book marking is the good way .
