Which meta tags are best?

    For title, Google, according to experts, considers the first 3 or 4 keywords the most important basis on deciding the relevance of your site and the article's content.

    If your trying to rank for the keywords in your title then they should also be in your keywords meta tag and your description meta tag. Also I would advise you to use the pipe instead of the hyphen for splitting up text in your title tag, it looks better that way.

    I agree with willyboy104 that what ever keywords are used in the title should also be included in the Meta Keywords, Description and dare i say, content. I've seen sites before with keywords stuffed in the meta keywords that aren't even included in the main site content :confused:

    Depends on what you are targeting and how much you want to dilute certain keywords in your title tags.

    I practice making my title tag the first meta tag the bot sees. Keyword tags I personally stopped using a long while ago. Too much effort for too little return.

    I'd suggest rewriting your title tag over until you have a phrase that contains your targeted keywords and offers your user something compelling.

    Description tags are much more important than keyword tags because this is your chance to sell to the searcher. This plays a big role in whether they click your link or not.

    Wasted characters and does nothing for the visitor.

    you repeat two words twice; no point in that.

    I can't write it for you but it's worth spending the time on title tags until you get them right.
