which meta keyword is better?

    Please tell me your opinion about 3 ways making meta keyword. Which is the best?

    title = Banana is good for heath especially for weight loss.
    m1 = "banana, health, weight loss"
    m2 = "banana is good for health espacially for weight loss"
    m3 = "banana health weight loss"

    m1, IMO.. and if you go for m3, it can work nicely as a long tail..

    you can use Banana A healthy food for wait loss which is slightly differ then title and looking meaning full.
