I am relatively sure that every single reliable and established payment processor out there will require you to be at least 18 years old, but that doesn't mean that you can't sign up anyways.

Of course you will be breaking their terms of service and face limitations but you can still try and sign up and hope for the best. Just be sure to verify with bank account and avoid risky/fraudulent transactions and you should be all set for online business.

What you need to do is have a parent or guardian sign up for you. When you turn 18 you can have your own accounts.

Virtual Accounts is not accepted for withdrawing to banks, better you have a parent or gaurdian signing up under you.

That might work in India, but ever heard of a thing called tax? My parents sure as hell don't want to be taxed on my money.

Actually that's the way it works in the US. You have to be 18 to legally sign a contract, and that includes setting up accounts with payment processors such as Paypal. I believe a business can be set up in such a way to minimize their tax liability, but ultimately someone at least 18 years old has to be the contract-signer. And obviously the under-18 should pay back his parents for any additional tax liability they incur on his behalf.

I've heard of a processor that allows 16+ to signup. Its less heard of, and i couldn't remember the name.

If possible, get an account under the name of your parents.
