Which Menu System To Choose?

    I am developing Templates for CMS, please tell me which menu system should I use? I'd prefer the one which is cross browser, dropdown, compliant and with hover. Please suggest me some, with the urls.

    Thats nice, but any opensource system that you can refer me to?
    Like Transmenu, suckerfish and split menu. :)
