Hello, we have several mailing software: Thunderbird for daily mails and all communication Pommo for two mailing lists and we tried: OpenEMM which is nice - but pretty big and complex OpenERP which would be nicly integrated but has a few shortcomings in limiting mails per hours for instance. VtigerCRM which would be good but we don't use really since it would be nice to have one system that can handle it all. If you use OpenEMM: Did you install it on a sever / same server where you host your website? What other systems do you know or use? We would like to have something integrated - pommo does most of the work for us but the users are not synchronised with the shop system. So Magento - OpenERP would be great, but it seems as if OpenERP is simply too big/complex for a small company. So how do you manage to keep your customers, leads, mailing list etc. synchronised and which software do you use? Thanks, Lilly
I use aweber, their the best for our clients which are medium businesses. For a newbie with no experience then try mailchimp.
Not really sure about other email marketing software available out there but I have always used aweber to building my pool of potential customers and updating them with anything that I want posted. If you haven't used their service then maybe you should give them a try.
