The problem you're running into is that once you move into including 'artwork' it's hard to make a good logo unless you're....really good at it! There is something to 7 that I like but it's not simplified enough and I think the font is to generic. I would go with fewer boxes. I think it's the variations on one color that I like best about it. Number 5 also stands out, but the artwork is too large. Again, simplify it. If you want some great inspirational samples start digging through the real estate threads on Designoutpost.com. There are a bunch in the archived Logo forum. There are a lot noone ends up using which could be a good spring board for creating your own design. It's used way too often.
Don't I know it! Yep, I didn't have a chance to photoshop it or quite decide how I'd use it. I liked the building block aspect of it. And we have another contender check the list
thar she blows, still #7 and yes #9, but grey remains grey, #7 the upper line comes too big, the lower line e.g. in black like in #8?
Hiya. I'm not a graphical expert, but I like number 8 (but the REAL STATE needs to be bolder I feel) and I like number 9. FWIW
I like #9 the most, the others seem a bit amateurish but I feel even that one needs a little bit more work done on it. I am not 100% sure about the ‘Real Estate Directory’ font I feel it’s not quiet right. You also got to take in mind that at the moment you are designing it for your website but in the future you may want to use it on printed material, so imagine what it would look like on a business card, in black and white in a newspaper ad etc.
